Face Yoga can be practiced by people of all ages, including younger individuals.The aging process begins in our mid-20s, even though visible signs of aging may not be apparent at that time. While I don’t typically suggest starting Face Yoga before your 20s, it can serve as a natural alternative to commercial products. Engaging in Face Yoga exercises can be advantageous in giving your facial muscles a workout before the effects of gravity become more noticeable. It can help in preventing premature signs of aging and maintaining a youthful appearance.

It is possible to continue Face Yoga after receiving Botox, but you may not be able to exercise that area. It is crucial to consult with your healthcare provider or the practitioner who administered the Botox. Some exercises may need to be adapted to accommodate the effects of Botox.

We recommend that when you start face yoga, you perform the exercises in front of a mirror until you are comfortable with the poses.  I will also,  provide you with step-by-step guidance throughout the Face Gym & Glow Program, where you’ll follow daily video exercises for 4 weeks.
